This is my pavement image. I wanted to add colour to one of my photos. I wasn't happy when I developed my pavement photograph, so I added gradient colour.
This is a shadow Demi. I am really happy with how this result. I edited this photo on photoshop. I made the image shaper and changed the contrast and brightness levels.
This is coneyl in the mirror ball!!! I took this picture to capture the reflection. I think coneyuls reflection is distorted making it abstract.
This is my skate park shot. I wanted to catch the curve in the ramp. I made sure the needle in the view of the slr camera was in the middle to take a balanced shot when thinking of light.

This is the Willis building. When taking the photograpgh I tried to capture what ever the reflection was. When developing my photo I was happy to see clouds. I think it is a mixture of man made and natural elements.

Interior Design Research

This is a chair I found when searching Typography Furniture. I am currently working on an artist book. I will base my book on Interior design and mix my ideas with different types of designs. such as Typography, pop up art and Digital Art. I will use lots of diffrent mediums to give vareity to my book.

Within my Interior Design Theme I am attempting to cover all areas. This includes wallpaper designs. I am interested in diffrent coloured designs and eye cacthing patterns.

I will do a small piece on murals too. Maybe I could attempt to make a mural at home and take photos of the final piece to put in my artist book. I am not sure what i will be using to make my mural yet. Most probably collage and mixed media.

Moari piece

This is a Moari Inspired piece!!
Boating meant alot to the Moari tribe, so for a GCSE final piece i created a paddle, decorated in tattoo influenced patterns.

A year after getting an A for this piece, i was offered by CSV Media co-ordinater, Tonia Wilson, to put a my art work in the Ipswich Town Hall Galleries.

At the time I was part of a Music Group, representing CSV Media and the Triangle Estate. The group and I were part of the Believe Project. We were singing that night of the art exibition. Though it was a competion.

Me and Pablo aka Lion-1,both put our artwork in to the competion to represent CSV. And we won!!! The guests were had been voting during the event. We won prize money for CSV and were treated with the part of the money, with a trip to the London Dungeons.

Andy Warhols Film Making

I might be on my own with this one, but i think that in a sense, Pop Art legend Andy Warhol is actually an abstract artist. This is because in the 60,s Warhol would film Edie Sedgwick for hours. He had this idea that capturing everyday things is Art. But there was something special about Edie. Through him she became one of the first IT girls. He was taken in by her implusive and creative personality.

He would film her sitting at her dressing table talking. The reason i think this ia Abract art is because you never knew what she was going to do or say?

ABSTRACT ARTISTS

I found this image on HobbyPhotographyTips.com. I think the curve in this image is similar to the curve in my skate park photograph.

a piece by Keith Garrow! oil on canvas called "not drowning".
I love this piece because its colourful and therefore eye catching. there are many warped shapes making up the picture. i can see a human figure in the middle , so i guess he or she is the person not drowning?
i love the use of complementary colours on the person. blue and orange work well together to make the human stand out from the yellow wavey shapes.

Abstract photo of water I can not find the artist for this photograph. I think it's a stunning picture! It's natural and captures 3 elements. the low water, the land and wood and the trees are further up. I like the way the artist has rotated the image to make it something else. this fits in with the theme transformation!! To me it has a kalidescope effect!

Cleft lip Surgery.

This is beautiful baby Bradley Tricker at 4 months on the 31st Aug 2011. This was the day of his Cleft Lip repair operation. Chris and I were not allowed to feed him from 2am to the time of the surgery. Which after waiting since 7am, turned out to be 12pm. We were given a beeper that would go off when Bradley woke from surgery.
